Greetings from Zagreb, Croatia! Was in a crappy mood this morning and nothing's better of course to break it than a little retail therapy.... Found this amazingly cute boutique near my hotel called Vintage-Circus. Though it's not really vintage but vintage inspired, I still managed to score this unique, super sexy (but yet modest enough for company parties) dress from them for the equivalent of $18! It's deliciously curve hugging but has a nice modest length. Pretty cute, eh? I think so! Vintage-Circus* d.o.o. Antuna Šoljana 7a* 10090 Zagreb, Croatia. Greetings from Poland! Took the time to do a little boutique shopping in Kraków before I run off to Warsaw later today... Don't remember the name of this boutique but the dresses were amazing! The second one came home with me! :) tres chic and lovely..... I love shopping abroad.... More to come! Next stop, Warsaw! Found this amazing gem of a dress at Beyond Retro in SOHO, London. Then I found this amazing skirt as well. Both came home with me. I love London! Close-up of skirt: Beyond Retro* 58-59 Great Marlborough Street* Soho, London w1f 7jy In NYC for a whirlwind business trip but what trip to NYC would be complete without going shopping? I went shopping in my favorite second hand store, Second Time Around, in the upper west side. They have some lovely stuff on consignment. I didn't find anything that I really fancied. I took this dress off the mannequin but it didn't suit me as well as it did the mannequin (of course). It was cute anyway! Second Time Around*2624 Broadway, NY, NY 10025 This is an amazing dress I got at Batik during my first trip to Istanbul. I love mixing prints and the dress went perfect with the pants I bought at Burlington's a few years back. Here is the same look with a black sweater. Love this look! Chic but very modest. As you can see I do wear something other than dresses. I found this amazing shirt and pants combo in a cute Istanbul boutique called "Batik". Bright yellows are in style this spring! Love this look! Unfortunately this store closed, but this amazing place used to offer amazing vintage style fashion. These dresses were the equivalent of $20USD a piece. Tunnel understood my love for printed vintage dresses better than ANY other store I ever found in Istanbul for a price that would not break the bank! I literally cried when they closed, but I went in and cleaned out their inventory. I also found a unique vintage Alexander McQueen dress there (not pictured here), but I will dedicate a future post to it! Which dress is your favorite? Let me know in the comments! Found this amazing unique dress at Tatyana. :) wore it to a st. Patty's day party and got a ton of compliments. :) Absolutely adore! :) Tatyana-- 1529 Haight St., San Francisco, CA, 94117 I found this gorgeous dress at a boutique in Galatasaray pasaji in Istanbul. It's really elegant and great for spring/summer. Istanbul, unlike other cities in europe, really is great for vintage fashion. The Main Street, Istiklal Caddesi, is full of hidden gems with amazing finds if you are willing to dig a little bit. |
